How leads are shared out
We would rather tell you this than have you guess at it.
- Leads are released in waves. Higher plans see a new lead first. Everyone eligible sees it within 90 seconds.
- Booking what you claim moves you up. Agents who actually complete their leads and call back quickly get into the first wave regardless of which plan they are on. A cheaper plan with a good record beats an expensive plan with a bad one.
- Nobody can hoard leads. Each plan caps how many you can have open at once, so leads go to agents with the time to work them.
- Customers you bring are yours. Anyone who reaches us through your own QR code or link goes only to you, never to the open pool.
- Bad leads are refunded. If a customer is unreachable or the details are wrong, raise it and we return the lead to your balance.
What we do not promise is a guaranteed number of leads. Lead volume depends on how many passengers message us on your route, and we would rather onboard slowly than sell you an allowance we cannot fill.
What you need
- A travel business — a shop, desk or agency — in a city we cover.
- PAN and a bank account, for verification.
- An IRCTC or RTSA agent registration for rail enquiries. Without it you will receive bus enquiries only. We verify this before any rail lead reaches you.
- A smartphone or tablet that can receive notifications.
